A mod that enhances the Pip-Boy’s UI
Designed for the game Fallout: New Vegas, Pip-Boy UI Tweaks is a free-to-download utility add-on that improves the UI of the Pip-Boy. It features color-coded stat information, a better Weapon Mod Menu, an integrated ySI Icon, and many more. If you play Fallout 4, check out Modern Military Pack.

As mentioned, Pip-Boy UI Tweaks introduces improvements to the Pip-Boy, or Personal Information Processor. These include a higher quality texture for the World/Local player cursor, MAPMO icons for the ySI bottle cap icons, and additional UI that displays the effects of a weapon mod on a particular weapon stat.
The descriptions of weapon mods have also been reworked, so the stat bonuses match said texts. This add-on, however, requires other mods — including JIP LN NVSE Plugin, JohnnyGuitar NVSE, ShowOff xNVSE Plugin, and lStewieAl's Tweaks and Engine Fixes. If you want ySI add-ons, you’ll also need ySI - Sorting Ycons.

From the mod’s comprehensive Weapon Mod menu to color-coded stat details, these significant quality-of-life changes make Pip-Boy UI Tweaks one of the best mods for Fallout: New Vegas. There is one catch, though, and that is the need to install the required mods.
